Client & the role

Growth Enabler is a young company founded by experienced executives.  Their unique algorithmic approach to Technology intelligence is proving to be a hit amongst commercial organisations.  As a result of their rapid growth, they have an urgent need for a Client Success Executive.  This company has nurtured a productivity-based culture.  There support freedom and flexibility, no fixed 5 days a week at the same desk.

Tasks

  • On-boarding large corporate organisations
  • Training new customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their subscription
  • Feeding back into the organisation to ensure customer ideas are added to the roadmap process
  • Being the “face” of Growth Enabler within the customer

Skills and experience

  • Experience of SaaS customer delight
  • Strong communication
  • Skilled written skills, coupled with familiarisation of MS PowerPoint (or equivalent)
  • Leading the coordination of client deliverables (full training and support will be provided)
  • Customer facing role means you would need to be presentable
  • A solid understanding of new technology (data science, algorithmic solutions)
  • A handle on the current start-up scene is a desirable requirement
  • Highly organised to ensure that customer’s needs are met in a timely manner
  • Self-starter, you will have the know-how to seek out answers for yourself.  This does not mean you will not be supported.  We have been working with this company for 4 years now and their employee onboarding is the best we have seen.
